Everything we use is directly sourced from local organic farms, and this means you get the freshest produce possible along with support to local farmers. We cut down on food miles and contribute less to carbon emissions in our commitment to sustainability.

Eco-Friendly Preparation

We use energy-efficient equipment in our kitchen, and wastage is avoided through composting kitchen scraps and recycling packaging materials. Our chefs are very experienced at using the entire ingredient so that wastage can be avoided.

Zero Waste Commitment

We will strive to be a zero-waste restaurant by making use of leftover food, donating it, or composting it. We also use biodegradable packaging and request customers to carry reusable containers with them.
